Alfasud 1.2 SC 5-porte
Alfasuds have become rare in Greece. This is one of the survivors. It is a 1982 Alfasud 1.2 SC five-door. Its owner Elias Floros got it from his father who owned three Alfasuds when Elias still was a child. The posilipo blue one on this website is the last of the three and remained in the family. His father got his first Alfasud when Elias was born - it replaced a Fiat 127 which had become too small for the grown family.
The 1.2 SC with four doors and tailgate - or simply 5
porte (Italian for five doors) - is a quite rare version of the series III
Alfasud. It was not sold all arround Europe.
Elias' car has been modified with a more powerful twin-carb-engine, alloy wheels, Ti headlights, a sport muffler, additional gauges for oil pressure and water temperature, aluminium pedals and a wooden steering wheel. So nearly all the trim of series III Ti is there.
